How It Works:
1Review Your Home Plan
The first step to building your custom home is to review your plan to ensure it fits your lifestyle and budget. Through a series of conversations, we’ll help you determine if your ideas suits your needs and budget.
2Make It Your Home
Now that you have the perfect plan, we’ll help you add all the special features you’ve been thinking about. Hardwood floors, solid surface counter tops, and custom fireplaces can all be added at this point.
3 Finalize The Cost
When all the custom features have been added and the site improvements have been estimated, we’ll give you the final cost for your review.
4 Sign The Building Agreement
Everything look good? You sign the agreements and we go to work making your dream home a reality!
5 Site & Pre-Construction Meetings
Meet with us at your site to position your home and determine site preparation costs. Then we’ll have a final meeting to dot the i’s and cross the t’s before we begin construction.
6 Build Your Home
From site preparation, foundation, and framing through mechanicals, interior and exterior finishes, every step is quality-assured by our team. Check out our videos of some of our building steps.
7The Big Day
